After 12 months of a close working relationship between Bericap & ESL, Bericap were successful in its goal of achieving the ISO14001 Environment Management System certification. During the process, we always found ESL to be extremely professional, supportive and always available to assist and help when required and it’s quite clear that without this support, achieving the standard would have been a lot more difficult and would have taken us a lot longer. Good service that was both professional and thorough. Appreciate the tailored approach, we discussed in depth all aspects of the house and areas of concern prior and during the visit. We recently had double glazing installed around the house and wanted to ensure they were fitted well.
The detailed report gave us the peace of mind we were after and went further to highlight the various cold spots around the house. The report also included recommendations that outlined short and long term measures that could be applied to each problem area. Overall very satisfied with the service we received.
